Data Deletion
RetroBounce does not use app accounts or a proprietary backend. Most app data is stored locally on your Android device.
Delete local RetroBounce data
To delete local settings and custom logo images, open Android Settings, go to Apps, select RetroBounce, open Storage, and choose Clear storage or Clear data. You can also uninstall RetroBounce.
If you only want to remove a selected logo, open RetroBounce, go to Settings, and clear the custom logo.
Advertising identifier
RetroBounce uses Google Mobile Ads. Android lets you reset or delete your advertising ID from Android privacy settings. Google controls data handled by Google Mobile Ads according to Google's own policies.
Request help
For privacy or deletion questions, email support@vei.solutions. Since RetroBounce does not maintain user accounts or a server-side app database, VEI Solutions may not have app data to delete from its own systems.
